** Note on US Shipping ** We have some of our items here on site, and some will be shipped out from the other warehouses or will be shipped in to us from secondary warehouses. Right now we are shipping most shoes, boots and purses using UPS Ground Service. With processing time, this means the footwear and purses will normally get to you within 10-14 days, but we cannot guarantee that. UPS does track items and so we will always be able to determine the status of your order. Most Clothing items ship out via USPS.

 

Please, please, please - if you need your items by a certain date for any reason, contact us first so we can determine what options there are available to meet your needs!

 

 

 

 

 

About our goals - As you may already know - we are serious animal lovers.  Sadly there are a ton of animals out there that need help to be able to survive, and we try to do what we can to help rescue, care for and rehabilitate them, helping to get them into good homes for life.  The profits from our business do not fund lavish trips to Europe and unnecessary plastic surgery, they help fund the care for the animals, especially the ones with extreme medical needs. We also do what we can to help provide support to the local shelters and rescue groups, and to help out however possible when natural disaster emergencies happen that affect us all.

If you are buying Demonia/Pleaser/Luscious/Devious footwear - at the time of listing the auctions these items were in stock in the main warehouse.  We also do periodic inventory updates to keep our items current on ebay. 

 

 If by some chance the item you bought is no longer in stock, you will be either issued an immediate refund, given credit or we will work with you to find an alternative item - whichever you prefer.  If your item does happen to be out of stock there is no need to get nasty and leave negative feedback - as we said you'll be given your money back, no harm done.  We've asked that you read these terms before making your purchase, therefore you do understand that there is a very small risk of the item not being available. If you have question whatsoever or if you would like us to confirm the availability of an item before purchasing it, just drop us an e-mail and we will answer you as soon as our monkeys give us the message.

 

All other items that we have up for auction are IN STOCK. 

 

FITTING

 

Because the majority of our shoes are shipped out of the main warehouse, we cannot provide specific measurements for you. As a general rule of thumb for Demonia, if you are in-between sizes we suggest you go up and not down.   For girls shoes, we did do some hand measuring and have some general measurements in inches for ya: 

 

size 6 = approx. 9"

size 7 = approx. 9.5"

size 8 = approx. 9.5"

size 9 = approx. 10"

size 10 = approx. 10.25"

size 11 = approx. 10.75"

 

 

SHIPPING


Please refer to the auction listing for actual shipping amount.  International bidders, because every country is different and because the weight of these items vary, ya gotta get a quote.   Sorry! We ship all packages out of the US via the United States Postal Service.

 

 

Within US


Once bought, your item will be sent typically via UPS (sometimes via USPS depending on the situation) - you will need to provide us with a street address to deliver your item to (with UPS you get some automatic insurance and tracking too, so this benefits everyone).  UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, sorry.  If you need an exception to this rule, please let us know and we will work with you.


Outside US


All items are quoted for Airmail unless other arrangements have been made. 

 

Be aware that you may be responsible for additional fees/customs/duty upon your package passing through customs.  This has nothing to do with us and we have no control over it.  Contrary to what some people believe - we do not get to the customs fees!

 

 

Winner agrees to make payment within ten (10) days of auction close unless pre-arrangement has been made with us. California residents add 8.75% sales tax. If you have any questions, feel free to email at

All sales are final. Period. End of Story. That's it. But... well, ok, if you really really really need an exchange, we will work with you on it, if possible (NOTE that means exchange/Store Credit and not a refund). Just keep in mind that all additional costs (i.e. shipping the shoes back to us and having the replacement pair sent to you) will need to be covered by you, the happy customer.
