We try to carry as many items as we can here at Redemption Klothing, but we
understand that there may be that one thing out
there you are looking for and just can't find (or maybe you just like our kick
ass customer service better than the other retailers)... therefore we want to present to
you a catalog of things from Lip Service which we will be happy to order for
you.
Pre-orders - some of the items are so new they aren't even made yet! Often Lip Service sells out of items (or certain colors) very quickly, and the only way to make sure you get one is to pre-order it. We are happy to do this for you! Just please glance at the terms below. Please keep in mind that while we should be able to get all items pre-ordered sometimes there are problems that can't be helped - delays on production lines, or Lip Service potentially overselling an item. We communicate directly with Lip Service nearly every day and have yet to have any troubles, but we just want to lay the facts down here for ya...

Because the items in the catalog will be special orders from Lippy, we can't measure them for ya, but just use the sizing chart and you should be cool. Also, we cannot usually accept returns/exchanges because these are special orders. We review each case as it comes up and try to find a situation to make everyone happy.

Preorder Terms - Just let us know what you are interested in and we will try to get it for you! We will let you know an approximate date when the item should be ready to come in from the warehouse and then follow up with you once the item is actually produced. If you have placed a pre-order with us in the past and not paid after the item is ready, we may require payment in full before pre-ordering an item for you.
Just to clarify again, the items in the Lip Service catalog are not things that we have on site, but things that we can get for you depending on availability. Everything else (under the menu to your left) is on site and can be shipped out immediately!
